2. "Frenchie" by Elliot & The Ghost
This week we've got a great flow on the new releases. The new single by Brooklyn rockers Elliot & The Ghost brings us some sweet and sappy but definitely kick ass audio waves to calm you down after some Made Violent. Frenchie sucks you in immediately with a groovy as hell bass lines, a bunch of "oohs", and a relatable voice, then keeps you hooked when the chorus kicks almost hitting the surf vibe, but keeps it just as catchy and rock and roll as hell. "YOURE BREAKIN MY HEART NOW BAAAABYYYY"
If you're ears aren't on the lookout for these dudes, make sure to tune in - they've got a new EP on the way soon!

3. "Plastic Hamburgers" by Fantastic Negrito
If Gary Clark Jr. went to rock camp with Rage Against the Machine and The Clash, and they all had some magical love child, it would sound EXACTLY like Fantastic Negrito's new track Plastic Hamburgers. We get an introduction to the new track (and just a teaser for the new album Please Don't Be Dead") through a punch-you-in-the-face, punk as hell music video. Fantastic Negrito rocks the hell out in the track dressed as classy as an old school Jazz prodigy, but rocking as hard as Mick Jagger in his prime.
NOT ONE TO MISS!

3. "Here For My Habits" by Ängie
Swedish producer Ängie is back with another dark, eeire, and exhilarating soundscape to fire up your Friday night! The track talks about a topic I'm sure lots of you can, sadly, relate to.
“‘Here For My Habits’ is a song about my earlier experiences with dealers. Somehow, many of them have tried to hit on me, or even fallen for me. It’s a bit sad that you can’t be a girl and do anything without getting a sexual invitation.”
We know you'll want more after this track, and thankfully, her debut album drops April 6th!
We featured Ängie earlier this week with a DOPE interview. Be sure to read up here - bit.ly/floatedangie

4. "Soldier" by Death By Unga Bunga
Its been out for a week, but how can we not include the new Death By Unga Bunga??? These Norweigan punk rockers just dropped their new video for Soldier and its not one that you'll forget. The whole band goes into an epic side scrolling arcade game where they either destory or kiss each other. Complete with Mario inspired pipes, pixelated dick transitions, and hairy tattooed princesses, this video will proabaly leave you a bit confused but DEFINITELY hooked on the song!

5. "Rich" by MAYKA
Closing out the lineup this week, we've got the perfect transition from rock to pop. Complete with heavy bass, intricate production, gang-sounding vocal yells and epic horns MAYKA is here to get you FUCKING HYPED for the weekend. Hailing from Sweden, this is the first solo release we've heard from the singer of electro pop duo Death Team (who also kick ass, check them out). Talking about the new track MAYKA says:
"From the beginning ‘Rich’ was about a relationship scenario – I pictured hanging with someone who's just showing off, bragging and being fake. But lately the song feels more like a message from my subconscious to myself - that I'm the one who should stop aiming for superficial goals like money and success. Either way it's about being more real and authentic, focusing on the joy of living, sharing and creating instead of chasing highs and trying to be something you're not. Soundwise I think it feels like a perfect mix between MGMT, Lorde and Britney Spears. But with a little nice bass, hip-hop and trap stuff going on.”
